GREGORY BLITSTEIN

Policy Analysis, WES

Greg has worked as a credential analyst and policy analyst at WES since 2015. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed an internship as an elementary English teacher while studying at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain. Greg then worked as a researcher at the United States government’s Foreign Service Institute in Arlington, Virginia. Greg’s primary specialization areas at WES are Latin America and Spanish and Lusophone education systems.

LEANNA CARROL

Knowledge Analysis, WES

Leanna joined WES in 2019 as a Knowledge Analyst. In this role, she specializes in education systems throughout Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining WES, she worked and interned for several non-profit organizations focused on intercultural education, refugee resettlement, and youth development. Leanna holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Fordham University and a master's degree in Global Thought from Columbia University.
