Sophia has worked as a Knowledge Analyst at WES since 2018. She previously interned in the United Nations System where she focused on issues pertaining to the protection of civilians, international human rights law, and regional security. She holds a bachelor’s degree in cultural and communication studies and writing from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in Asian studies from Georgetown University.
