About SIIP:
Since the launch of the Skilled Immigrant Integration Program (SIIP) in 2017, 40 communities—from Alaska to Maine to Texas—have benefited from the program’s customized training, coaching, and technical assistance to advance sustainable state and local inclusion efforts.
SIIP communities receive:
- Customized technical assistance and coaching on best practices in immigrant and refugee workforce inclusion initiatives
- Quarterly trainings with national experts
- Sponsorship to participate in the national SIIP Convening
- Access to a robust community of practice and a collaborative resource sharing platform
