Devon manages the development of key partnerships with stakeholders related to the integration of skilled immigrants and refugees in Canada. Through partnerships, Devon seeks to build the capacity of Canadian organizations to improve the employment outcomes of newcomers. Devon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Ryerson University.

National Talent Acquisition Manager, Day & Ross

In her current role, Kristin manages all talent acquisition efforts. A large part of her role is managing the immigration program at Day & Ross, with a focus on international recruitment and onboarding. This program is specifically tailored to attract skilled international workers to Atlantic Canada. It also helps newcomers smoothly transition into their new career and community. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Recreation & Sport Studies, Health and Wellness, from the University of New Brunswick.

With close to 15 years of diversified experience in commercial lending, Elizabeth is well acquainted with the trials and tribulations of Canadian entrepreneurs. Elizabeth supports diversity and inclusion communities within BDC and she also mentors newcomer entrepreneurs through ACCES Employment’s Entrepreneurship Connections program.
