Ray has more than 13 years of experience in higher education and public communications and currently leads graduate enrollment management for the engineering school of New York University. He is a nationally recognized expert in international student recruitment and been quoted in Forbes, NAFSA International Educator, and Perspectives; the news magazine of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management. Ray serves on the Governing Board NAGAP and holds a doctorate in communication and rhetoric from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
