FRANCESCA MASUCCI

Advanced Evaluation Specialist

Francesca has been with WES since 2008, holding the positions of credential evaluator, manager for the Asia-Pacific region and now advanced evaluation specialist. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international affairs from Southern Connecticut State University, and a master's degree in diplomacy and international affairs from Seton Hall University. She has also studied civil society at the Central European University in Budapest.

Cindy Le

Research Associate 

Cindy earned a master's degree in international education policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies and economics from Williams College. She is currently conducting research for WES on international student mobility into Canada.
