Mini has been evaluating Chinese credentials at WES since 2012. She has written several articles on China's examination system, degree qualifications, and developments in liberal arts education, and she has also presented numerous WES webinars related to these topics. Mini earned a master's degree in art education and policy from Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Fudan University, China. Mini is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Rachel has been with WES since 2015, and she specializes in the Chinese education system, Chinese academic document authenticity and verification. She has a bachelor's in English language and literature from the University of London and an MPhil in modern Chinese art and literature from the University of Oxford. Rachel has a background in the publishing industry, and has written articles on international education with a focus on Chinese student mobility. She speaks Mandarin, German, and French.
