Effective communication is a skill involving several different abilities that all play a part in successful communication. Even if we work at a place where our first language is spoken, achieving workplace communication competency may still be difficult.
In this webinar, we look at several different perspectives on successful workplace communication, including communication competencies as defined by regulators and employers. We focused on the Canadian workplace, but explored other perspectives as well throughout the webinar to better understand successful communication.
