Kevin Rolwing

Quality Assurance Director

Kevin Rolwing has more than 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of international academic credential evaluation issues. He specializes in the educational systems of Latin America and Western Europe, and has presented his research in articles and at many national and international academic and professional conferences, including NAFSA, ACCRAO, NAGAP and EAIE conferences. He also regularly provides credential evaluation workshop training to university admissions officers and other professionals. Kevin was a past participant in the Fulbright International Education Administrators Program in France, and the DAAD Germany Today program for U.S. and Canadian International Educators.

Linda Tobash

Senior Director of Evaluation Policy, Knowledge and Data

Prior to WES, Linda served as University Placement Director at the Institute of International Education and as Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of the English Language Center at LaGuardia Community College, CUNY. With extensive experience in international education, Linda frequently presents on the U.S. educational system, international student recruitment, and institutional partnerships. She has served on numerous professional association committees, most recently NAFSA’s Leadership Development Committee and the steering committee for TAICEP (The Association for International Credential Evaluation Professionals). Linda holds a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
