About the webinar

Recently, the higher education system in Turkey has suffered from capacity constraints and quality issues. These and other underlying factors--a large youth cohort and high unemployment rates among university graduates--have spurred Turkish students to travel abroad for higher education in significant numbers. In addition to an overview of these outbound student mobility trends, this webinar will delve into the secondary and post-secondary education systems in Turkey, including academic programs and documentation standards.

Gain insights into:

  • The structure of Turkey’s education system including an overview of the recent 4+4+4 reforms
  • How to obtain, verify and assess Turkish academic documents
  • Outbound student mobility to the U.S. and Canada
