The Philippines has experienced robust economic growth, with an estimated 7% surge in 2013 alone. Subsequently, forecasts suggest that the next decade will see an increase of 700,000 tertiary enrollments. Universities in the US can expect a resultant upswing in Filipino students. PRESENTER
Francesca Masucci, Group Manager
Francesca has been with WES since 2008, first as a credential evaluator and currently as an area specialist for the Asia-Pacific region and Canada. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international affairs from Southern Connecticut State University, and a master's degree in diplomacy and international affairs from Seton Hall University. She has also studied civil society at the Central European University in Budapest.
